Step 1: Let's get your details.

Welcome to REB’s 11th annual Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2026 ranking

Now in its second decade, the ranking provides incredible insight into what it takes to be a successful agent.

The women in this year’s ranking operated in a somewhat paradoxical property market across Australia during the 2025 calendar year. National home values rose by around 8.0 per cent in 2025 despite housing affordability issues and serviceability constraints. The median dwelling value was more than eight times the median household income. Home buyers required 11.0 years to save a 20.0 per cent deposit, according to Cotality research.

Agents capitalised on continued buyer demand to achieve consistently strong results in 2025 and stayed largely on par with the previous year’s results.
