Getting Here

Light Rail

The Star is a 2-minute walk from The Star light rail station on the L1 Dulwich Hill Line.

Ferry

Pyrmont Bay Wharf is a 5-minute walk. Ferries connect to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, and Barangaroo.

Train

Nearest station: Town Hall (15-min walk or short light rail connection).

Parking

Secure undercover parking available. Attendees receive discounted all-day parking.

Dedicated pick-up/drop-off zone at the main entrance on Pyrmont Street.

What does my ticket include?+

Your ticket includes full conference access across all sessions, networking events, conference materials, morning tea, and lunch. Group bookings also include reserved seating.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?+

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the event date. After that, tickets can be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost.

Is there parking at The Star?+

Yes, The Star Sydney offers secure undercover parking. Conference attendees receive discounted parking rates. See the Venue section above for full transport details.

Business attire is recommended. Most attendees opt for business smart — jackets, blazers, or professional dresses. Comfort is key for a full day.

Are dietary requirements accommodated?+

Absolutely. When you register, you'll be asked to specify any dietary requirements. The Star's catering team accommodates all common dietary needs.
