The real estate portal has announced the addition of 16 new strategic agencies to its Homely Plus Uplift Program in January alone.

According to Homely, the 16 agencies that have come aboard to the program include: Harcourts Hobart, Ray White Aldridge, Julie Ormston & Partners, as well as Belle Property Melbourne, Carlton and Ascot Vale.

Other new offices include: Lauremeg Pty Ltd, Forsyth Real Estate, Airey Real Estate, Ray White Young, SJ Shooter Real Estate, Bentley Estate Agents and Flare Real Estate.

The new partnerships mean the platform now has upwards of 700 strategic partners.

Homely co-CEO and co-founder, Jason Spencer, said they are “thrilled with the continuous and enthusiastic response from agencies keen to be part of our innovative VPA advertising model”.

This latest addition of agencies to Homely Plus comes less than six months after their last addition of 32 new strategic partners to the portal.

Mr Spencer said: ”This recent surge in membership requests underscores our commitment to providing unparalleled value and reach in the property advertising realm, especially as competitors raise their prices.”

For Homely’s head of product Luke Kenyon, one of the group’s highest priorities is “optimising Homely alerts”.

“We are ensuring they are fast and convenient to help users find their homes sooner. With limited stock on the market, feeling up to date and ahead of the market with instant alerts makes all the difference to buyers,” he shared.
