This is an individual award that is open to any office administrator working within a real estate office and is based on the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.

This award is open to any individual who does not operate directly in sales or property management. All back-office support staff are encouraged to apply, including finance operations like accounting, accounts payable, receivable, administration, IT operations, data processing and operations, human resources operations, support, legal, regulation, compliance, and any other back-office operations roles.
