A Brisbane agent with over 23 years of experience has joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE), operating under the Queensland network’s ASPIRE model.
James Prendergast has been welcomed to the group, bringing with him vast expertise in sales, property management, land subdivisions, project marketing and investment property.
“The decision to join Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as a franchisee was simple: I wanted to align myself with a brand that’s well respected, trusted and reaches most Australians on a weekly basis,” Mr Prendergast said on his move.
“BHGRE has the opportunity to reshape the current real estate landscape with a new benchmark in service, and I’m very much looking forward to being a part of it.”
The move sees BHGRE build on its existing Queensland footprint. CEO Michelle Delaney said she was thrilled about the opening of their third Queensland franchise, and having such an experienced agent joining the brand.
“It is wonderful to have James join us as he brings a level of expertise and standing that will drive the growth of the brand into this key geographical market,” Ms Delaney said.
“We understand the industry is changing. While the traditional shopfront still provides a long list of benefits, we believe now more than ever that offering the additional mobile agent model will enable more real estate professionals to own their own business while expanding our footprint to areas we wish to grow.”
