The former head of growth for Little Real Estate is making a move into the buyer’s agency space.

James Kerr, a self-proclaimed “chief of stuff” will be taking on the role of head of growth at InvestorKit, the buyer’s agency firm founded by Arjun Paliwal.

Mr Kerr will work in collaboration with Mr Paliwal and the broader leadership team “to ensure they are well-prepared for the impending rapid growth” expected in the business over the coming year.

According to the buyer’s agency, the appointment of a head of growth reflects significant business maturity achieved in recent years.

Mr Kerr commented: “What Arjun has built is truly remarkable.

“His data-centric approach to property has positioned him as one of the most recognised and respected property experts in Australia.”

Investorkit has lauded the incoming head of growth as a “natural-born doer with a track record of dynamic leadership and adaptability”.

Noting his time spent in training and development with Samsung, to his most recent role as head of growth at Little Real Estate, Investorkit called Mr Kerr “a unique force in the professional landscape, consistently pushing boundaries and delivering excellence across diverse roles and industries”.

Mr Kerr noted there’s both challenges and opportunities on the horizon.

“We have a bold vision for the future of InvestorKit to emerge as Australias premier hub for property, encompassing news, education, strategy, acquisitions and finance,” he outlined.

“Our goal is to offer a comprehensive property investment service that guides individuals from the initial stages of building their portfolio, right on through to retirement. We want to see more people investing earlier and being able to realise their aspirations for life earlier as a result of smart investment.”

“As we scale, its crucial to uphold the quality of our experience for both our team and customers, and thats where my role comes into play,” he concluded.
