Commercial property agency Gross Waddell ICR has found a new leader for its property management division.

Stephanie Seymour has been named to serve as the firm’s head of property management, bringing more than 15 years of industry experience to the role.

With leadership experience as well as several niche areas of expertise, Seymour was welcomed to the firm by Mark Coster, CEO at Gross Waddell ICR, who said the business was “thrilled” to add the industry veteran to the team.

With a focus on asset management and a particular depth of knowledge in the retail sector, Seymour has reportedly had a hand in numerous shopping centre developments located across Australia. She’s skilled in managing large-scale projects from construction through to operation management, which the firm said places her well to step into this top job.

“Stephanie’s extensive experience and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our values, and we are confident that she will drive our property management division to new heights,” said Coster.

The CEO further commented: “Property management is critical to delivering outsized returns for our clients at Gross Waddell ICR. This is why we continue to invest heavily in our team and our systems.”

Coster himself was appointed CEO in December last year, bringing more than two decades in real estate to the role. He took over from Matthew Cohen, who spent eight years in the role and oversaw a comprehensive restructuring of the firm.
