Coinciding with the beginning of a new financial year, a national independent property valuation firm has revealed a multitude of employee promotions.
M3 Property has promoted 14 of its staff into more senior positions – most notably a new director of rating and taxation and a new director of retail.
Georgia McKay will be moving into the role of director, rating and taxation, in Victoria, while Andrew Cash has been elevated into the role of director, retail, in NSW.
Other new appointees include an associate director, managing valuers, senior valuers, senior valuation analysts, and a people and culture partner.
Weighing in on the appointments, M3 Property acting chief executive Andrew Duguid said the firm is “proud to celebrate the achievements of our employees across the country, and to acknowledge individuals annually through our promotions and leadership programs”.

Joseph Brasacchio - managing valuer, residential development, Victoria
Anthony Vrlic - senior valuer, residential development, NSW
Harry Dehne - senior valuer, specialised assets, Victoria
Brian Wong - senior valuer, health, Victoria
Jessica Xiong - senior valuation analyst, residential development, NSW
Xavier Ross - senior valuation analyst, litigation and acquisition, Victoria
Raff Waller - senior valuation analyst, commercial, Victoria
Fernanda Ramos - partner, people and culture, Victoria
