Cushman & Wakefield has unveiled the latest appointment amid recent role adjustments.
Adam Hartley will step into the role of managing director for the firm’s South Australian operations, located in the Adelaide region.
The strategic appointment of Hartley follows recent structural changes for the company in Australia and New Zealand, as Guy Bennett dedicates more time to his national role as head of commercial real estate to focus on company growth across the region.
With a decade of experience in the Adelaide CBD leasing market and two years of employment at Cushman & Wakefield, Hartley said he was honoured to accept the new role and looked forward to leading the South Australian team.
“Together, we will continue to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for our clients. I’m excited to be part of Cushman & Wakefield’s dynamic growth journey, particularly as we expand our influence in the region,” he said.
Hartley will be responsible for driving Cushman & Wakefield’s operations across the state. In his new role, he will work closely with the real estate firm’s teams to deliver solutions and support the firm’s growth.
Cushman & Wakefield chief executive officer Noral Wild noted that Hartley’s “expertise, vision and strong leadership” will extend the business forward as he steps into the role of managing director for Cushman & Wakefield in the metropolitan area of Adelaide.
“Adam’s promotion is driven by his exemplary leadership and extensive experience in the real estate sector,” Wild said of Hartley.
