Cushman & Wakefield has announced the internal promotion of a new national head of commercial real estate in a bid to strengthen its leadership platform nationwide.
The commercial real estate network announced David Hall had been elevated to national head of commercial real estate (CRE) effective immediately.
Hall has three years with the brand and more than 15 years of experience in the commercial industry.
In addition to his new title, the network said Hall would continue to operate as Cushman & Wakefield's head of brokerage, logistics, and industrial for Australia and New Zealand.
Cushman & Wakefield chief executive – Australia, New Zealand and North Asia, Noral Wild, said the appointment of Hall was driven by his strong performance during his tenure.
“His leadership of our logistics and industrial brokerage business has strengthened our market position and built a culture of accountability and collaboration,” Wild said.
“David is the right leader to guide our CRE business into its next growth chapter.”
“He brings deep transactional expertise, strong client relationships and a clear strategic mindset.”
Hall said that he would look to expand his leadership across the CRE industry, but would continue to feature prominently in the industrial sector of the business.
“Logistics and industrial remains a core focus for me.”
“At the same time, I’m excited to lead the broader CRE business across Australia and New Zealand,” Hall concluded.
