REB is proud to launch the Women in Real Estate Awards, a national awards program dedicated to recognising the women raising the standard of Australia's real estate profession.

The Women in Real Estate Awards is the first national awards program from Real Estate Business dedicated to recognising the outstanding achievements of women across Australia's real estate profession.

The awards celebrate the individuals, teams and businesses driving excellence across residential sales, property management, commercial real estate, buyers' advocacy, business development, agency leadership, operations, technology, marketing, innovation and customer experience.

As the industry continues to evolve, women are playing an increasingly influential role in shaping its future. They are building market-leading agencies, delivering exceptional outcomes for buyers, sellers, landlords and investors, embracing emerging technologies, mentoring future professionals and redefining leadership.

The Women in Real Estate Awards have been established to recognise those achievements.

Open to professionals and teams at every stage of their career, the program provides a platform to celebrate sales excellence, operational performance, leadership, innovation, client impact, and contribution to Australia's real estate profession.

Submissions will be assessed through an independent judging process by a panel of respected industry leaders, ensuring every submission is evaluated fairly, consistently and on merit.

Finalists and winners will be recognised at a prestigious black-tie gala, bringing together Australia's real estate profession to celebrate the women setting new benchmarks for excellence.
