A top 20 agent is moving to Belle Property’s Mosman office, according to an official statement.
Stefon Bertram, who has been in real estate for more than a decade, quickly built a name for himself at his previous agency, McGrath, ranking in the REB Top 100 Agents in Australia for the past four years. He is currently ranked 17th in the country, and ranked as one of McGrath’s top five agents nationwide.
His arrival at the Mosman office will see him link up with long-service principal Tim Foote, which was a key reason why the real estate agent moved.
“I have always been attracted to the premium Belle Property brand, and it is well known for its equity and presence in the Lower North Shore. My wife and I have lived and breathed the Lower North Shore lifestyle for almost 10 years, and we had both our children here. We’re entrenched in the community and absolutely love it,” Mr Bertram explained.
“When the opportunity came up to become a key partner at Belle Property Mosman — led by Tim Foote, one of the most trusted names in real estate for the last 20 years — it made the decision simple. This move is an opportunity to combine my passion for the area with my passion for strong results in real estate.”
The real estate agent said he is hoping to not only continue building on his own market-leading results, but to build and develop the next generation of real estate agents and sales professionals.

Principal of Belle Property Mosman Tim Foote said Mr Bertram is the first key partner in the Mosman-based business and the next significant milestone in its growth trajectory.
“I took ownership of Belle Property Mosman in 2007, and during our last significant economic downturn, the GFC, we quadrupled in size. Our partnership with Stefon is our next stepping stone,” Mr Foote stated.
“I have known Stefon for a long time, first as a mentor and then as a friend. He is the right fit for our business given his skill and background, so we created an opportunity that would allow him to develop his career for his next decade.
