The Ray White Group has confirmed an experienced agent will take over the reins of Ray White Renmark | Paringa.

Aaron Willis has bought the sales franchise from Mark Cresp. Mr Cresp has been operating in real estate for more than 40 years, and will continue to service  the South Australian community as a sales agent.

Mr Willis is excited to head up Ray White Renmark | Paringa, noting his goals include increasing market share over the coming 12 months. Mr Willis, who spent 15 years in the Royal Australian Defence Force (ADF) and served his country on three occasions in Afghanistan, believes his past unique experiences have put him in good stead for success.

“Ray White has made me the agent I am and will continue to grow into with its outstanding training opportunities, career progression support and technology. Making Ray White my home was a simple choice. It’s Australia’s largest family-owned real estate brand that makes you feel a part of the family,” he said on his new role.

“Being raised in a small town in the mid-north, the county is home, so when I completed my Defence Force service in order to focus on raising a family, the Riverland was a simple decision. It’s a beautiful area, surrounded by a beautiful community.

“I am glad Mark is staying on as a sales agent. He possesses knowledge and experience any agent would be envious of and he will continue to be an outstanding asset to not only Ray White Renmark | Paringa but the greater Ray White family.”

Ray White South Australia CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated Mr Willis and said he was very excited to see him take the next step in his real estate career.

“Aaron and his wife Kelly enjoy living in Renmark; it’s a friendly community with an enviable lifestyle. Aaron is well known as a hard-working and customer-focused agent,” the CEO said.

“He has extensive experience in real estate sales and I look forward to supporting his ambitions.

“Aaron and his team of sales executives will continue servicing the Riverland community with high standards of customer service, marketing, leading technology and creating competition to achieve premium results for all their clients.”
