Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) has expanded into South Australia through the veteran team of Anthony and Emma Ward.
Mr Ward has spent close to 30 years selling properties in Adelaide’s north-eastern suburb and has been announced as the principal of the newly established agency.
Upon the announcement, the couple noted their excitement about joining such an iconic Australian brand.
“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is such an iconic brand that Australians know and love. Millions of people are inspired by the TV show and magazine, so pairing this with our real estate expertise really sets us apart from our competition,” Mr Ward said.
What attracted Ms Ward to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was the desire to bring something bigger and better to Adelaide’s property market.
“Sharing a name with one of the most prominent and trusted consumer brands relating to the home is so exciting; a marriage of a fantastic lifestyle brand and real estate,” she said.
“And the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate corporate team have been fantastic to deal with. They have been extremely helpful in setting us up and we are really pleased to be part of what seems to be a close-knit group.”
BHGRE CEO Michelle Delaney had much praise for Anthony and Emma and was pleased to have such experienced operators as the first representatives in South Australia.
