An industry heavyweight has announced that she will be joining the team at LJ Hooker Coomera/Ormeau as the new co-principal agent.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, business and life coach Loretta Morgan has made her name selling million-dollar properties across the south-east Queensland, ranging from residential to commercial and industrial.
Speaking on her new role, Ms Morgan pointed to her focus of career development, client satisfaction and business growth.
“I’m thrilled to join such a dynamic brand and team, especially as the agency is poised for growth with the phenomenal opportunity in the marketplace,” she said.
“Effective leadership is a vital part of growing the team’s capability, and over the next 12 months, our focus will be to support and nurture the development of our team while also expanding it.”
Shane Colquhoun, director of six LJ Hooker offices including Coomera | Ormeau, said the market area is growing fast, with the agency also growing to keep up with client demand.
He said: “Coomera and Ormeau are growing areas; especially with the recent new school developments announced by the state government, we expect market activity to increase. In particular, for investors, the Coomera market is faring well, with an annual gross rental yield of 4.78 per cent for houses and 6.9 per cent for units, so the investor love affair with the northern Gold Coast area has the potential to grow exponentially.”
