The recruitment of an experienced real estate professional is set to cement OBrien Real Estate’s footprint across regional Victoria.

The Melbourne-headquartered boutique group has nabbed Peter Clark, who will integrate his offices located in Warragul and Drouin within the OBrien network.

The move sees Mr Clark work under the platforms created under the OBrien model which currently consists of 27 offices. Mr Clark, who brings over 20 years of experience, will partner with and help lead the OBrien brand into regional Victoria with the corporate team at head office based at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

“Joining forces with the team at OBrien will mean we can offer the best of both worlds to regional offices across Victoria. Being able to utilise one of the industry’s best training programs as well as offering a sophisticated operational system means regional Victoria wins,” he said on the decision to join OBrien.

“OBrien has an incredible culture and a brand name that is growing strongly in reputation.

“The experience and expertise I can bring to the team is welcomed, and I welcome the energy and strength of the management team of Dean O’Brien, Darren Hutchins, Stavros Ambatzidis and the entire corporate team which now consists of 13 people.”

Also commenting on the move, Dean O’Brien, managing director, said: “I’m really excited to be able to partner with Peter Clark and regional agencies to be able to help their businesses and ultimately their families and the community.

“We are in a great position to take OBrien across the whole of Victoria and forge the brand as a household name for real estate.”
