Two experienced property professionals have opened up shop to a full-service centre in Charleville, Queensland.

Mark and Virginia Minnis have enlisted Ray White to open up a “one-stop property business” in the rural hotspot. The pair have owned Ray White Rural Charleville for the last 10 years, with this latest move seeing them buy the residential franchise in the outback Queensland area to become a full-service proposition for the local community.

“I have been waiting for this day to come and I am so excited to level up. It’s a new decade and a new era,” Mr Minnis said.

“Our business is built on family values. I have the experience and the work ethic and the backing of the innovative and supportive Ray White network.”

Mr Minnis said the move comes at an appropriate time, and builds on the team’s success with farm sales to both local and interstate purchasers.

“Lots of people are looking to the bush for a lifestyle change right now. I know buyers are looking for a more secure place to raise their families, especially during the COVID crisis,” Mr Minnis said.

“I love the bush. It can be a challenge, but I still drive up driveways and call people on the phone every night just to have a yarn. We are the place to go now in Charleville for rural, residential, commercial, clearing sales and property management rentals.

“We are in the same premises, but our team is expanding and we are all so excited about taking this business to the next level.”

Also commenting on the move, Ray White Rural and Livestock managing director Stephen Nell said he was thrilled to see the Charleville business expanding.

“We are always so happy when we see people realise their dreams with us,” Mr Nell said.

“I am very happy for Mark and Virginia and their team and look forward to supporting them into the future.”
