The Ray White Upper North Shore sales team has welcomed two new recruits.

Scott Phillips and Jessica Cao have joined the team, both bringing with them a business and sales background.

Mr Phillips kicked off his career in finance and technology, while Ms Cao got her start in international sales.

“I was born and bred on the upper north shore and have been living in Gordon for the past 20 years, so I am a big fan of the lifestyle the north shore has to offer,” Mr Phillips said.

“What attracted me to the Ray White Upper North Shore team is they are an exceptionally talented group of high-energy agents, working for an organisation that values and supports their agents’ success.

“My aspiration is to be my best as a person and to play the best game as an agent in a team of inspirational people.

“I am looking forward to bringing my professionalism, authenticity and humour to the team and a focus and commitment on winning to Ray White Upper North Shore.”

Ms Cao offered a similar sentiment.

“My family and I have been living here for seven years and my kids go to the local schools,” she said.

“As a local mum, I know a lot about the schools, the playgrounds, the sports fields, public transport, local shops and all the benefits our community has to offer.

“I joined Ray White to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. In five years, I want to be well established in my key market and have the best real estate team in the north shore.”

Ray White Upper North Shore director David Walker welcomed Mr Phillips and Ms Cao to the team.

“We’re really excited to welcome both Scott and Jessica to the Ray White Upper North Shore business. They are a quality fit with our office culture,” Mr Walker said.

“They have both immersed themselves into the local community, and we’re fortunate they have decided to grow their business within our business.”
