The RE/MAX brand has opened up shop to a new office in Palm Cove, led by Cairns real estate principal Ray Murphy.
The new office marks the second office to be launched in Palm Cove by Ray Murphy and comes as the region sees an uplift in buyer demand.
“Through our Whitfield head office, we see a great deal of sales action through the northern beaches and service buyers, sellers and investor clients,” Mr Murphy said on the move.
“I see a Palm Cove beach location being perfect to support business growth in a market that’s crying out for our increased services.”
Mr Murphy noted an increase in “focused market activity” in recent months had included interstate buyers purchasing properties — a trend the team had not seen previously.
“People are identifying this region as a beautiful part of the world to live, and it is attracting genuine buyers,” he said.
“RE/MAX has been servicing the northern beaches suburbs for many years and the market is in high sales and rental demand with family friendly, executive homes as well as affordable apartments.”
Mr Murphy said the new satellite office would be open seven days a week for residential sales and property management.
“Across the two offices, the great strengths of the RE/MAX Cairns team will continue to shine — our local knowledge, experience and longevity in the market, our reputation for honesty and integrity, and the successful outcomes we achieve for our customers,” he said.
