An Australian agency has officially integrated its two offices into the OBrien Real Estate network.
Peter Clark and his team at Clark NextRE have officially joined forces with Victoria-based OBrien Real Estate, merging the former’s two offices under the latter’s scope.
The move sees a team of 20 property professionals, who are situated within the Baw Baw Shire within regional Victoria, added to the 250-plus team.
“The Clark family joins the OBrien family under the OBrien regional model that incorporates the Clark name into the brand,” a statement from the parties explained.
“The Clark family has independently owned and operated the agency since first opening in 1991 and was named in July earlier this year as a finalist for eight REB awards.”
Commenting on the decision to partner with OBrien Real Estate, Mr Clark said the move comes following many years working together.
“Joining forces with the Victoria-based OBrien Real Estate group means our family joins a bigger family. My team [is] excited to access the training platforms OBrien offers and our clients will benefit from the innovative tools and resources as well as greater access to buyers,” Mr Clark said.
Meanwhile, Dean O’Brien from OBrien noted Mr Clark and his team have known each other for a number of years and “there has been a lot of mutual respect there”.
“The partnership can be a powerful one for our clients, and our network will benefit from fresh ideas and a stronger presence in regional Victoria which is goal of ours to grow in the next five years,” he said.
