A Western Australian real estate agent has realised a long-held dream: opening up his own agency on Perth’s northern beaches.
Ben Keevers has opened his own office, Ray White Keevers Group, after spending the past three years at Sorrento’s Ray White North Quays.
“This has been a burning ambition of mine from day one to open my own business,” Mr Keevers said.
“I’m excited at the prospect of further strengthening our ties with our local community where we are deeply invested.”
Along with his wife, Bree, Mr Keevers is joined at the Ray White Keevers Group by his long-time assistant, Amy Audas.
“Our business will start off small with an ambition to grow, prosper and embed ourselves furthermore into the community with a 100 per cent focus on our customers,” he said.
Weighing in on Mr Keevers’ success, Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman said he was thrilled to see the agent realise such a long-held ambition.
“Ben has been our state’s top sales agent for the last two years,” Mr Whiteman noted.
“He is one of the brightest young stars in the Western Australian market. His energy and work ethic have helped him build a formidable sales career, and we are sure that this will set him on the right path as a business owner.

According to Mr Keevers, it’s his team’s dedication to the Perth northern beaches region that positions them well to provide exceptional care and experience to clients “that is second to none”.
“With the launch of Ray White Keevers Group, I believe I’m even better placed to service my community and take our achievements to the next level,” he said.
“I love this area for its lifestyle and what it has to offer. I was born and raised here, and now with a family of my own, I believe there is no better place to live.”
