The Perth agency has named its newest recruit, who will take on the role of associate director office leasing.
Sallese Wilmot-Barr will be joining the commercial real estate team.
A statement from Ray White announcing the appointment said Ms Wilmot-Barr has “enjoyed a successful career in the real estate industry over a number of years” to date.
Having operated within the office leasing sector previously, the new associate director said she was “excited to be joining a business that’s going through a growth phase and to have the ability to have a fresh start with a renewed passion for office leasing”.
“I plan on being a part of a team that will continue to grow their listings and their reputation while having an input into how we can make improvements as a business,” she said.

“I plan on being a part of a team that will continue to grow their listings and their reputation while having an input into how we can make improvements as a business,” she said.
Divulging on her decision to join Ray White Commercial (WA), she explained: “I was particularly attracted to the people and the leadership team that is approachable, listens, and can quickly adapt to a changing market.”
Of further appeal was Ms Wilmot-Barr’s ability “to have a more hands-on approach to office leasing, with a good support structure to assist me to work effectively”.
Highlighting how she has always loved building and construction, the associate director first worked in a serviced office and said her passion for commercial property “took off from there”.
“I sought out jobs in that industry with hard work and a willingness to learn,” she said.
“I was given the opportunity to join office leasing and I worked hard to find my place in a very competitive market.”
Acknowledging she has been one of the few Perth women to find success in office leasing, Ms Wilmot-Barr said making her way back into the industry after the birth of her son has been a “key highlight”.
