Belle Property has kicked off 2021 with a bang, opening new offices in Queensland’s Palm Beach and Rochedale.
First National’s Rhys Wildermoth has been revealed as moving across to Belle Property to lead up the Palm Beach agency.
The agent said he was attracted to Belle Property for its reputation for prestige marketing, customer service, and the association with the Sitchu Living magazine.
He considered Palm Beach a “sought-after lifestyle location”.
“Joining Belle Property will provide me unmatched support to target the growing premium market in the area,” the agent said.
Belle Property’s own Mandeep Singh and Elliott Brown will be taking on the Rochedale space.
The boutique network’s CEO, Peter Hanscomb, has expressed his confidence in the new offices’ growth prospects at this time, stating that the business is equipped to thrive in post-pandemic conditions.
He said: “Where other brands were left scrambling to digitise their operations when we hit lockdown last year, we had already implemented the necessary changes which allowed greater bandwidth to focus on our core business priority: supporting our clients along their real estate journey, no matter the market conditions.”
According to the CEO, “the pivot to a digital customer journey has resulted in a volume and speed of interest from buyers that the industry hasn’t experienced before”.
“While this has made quality client relationship development a greater challenge, it has reinforced the importance of our collaborative network and team model which allows us to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service which consistently converts into results across the business,” he concluded.
