A business overhaul has led to local resident Kate Hanssen kicking off an all-new agency offering on the Bass Coast.
“Kate Hanssen, Real Estate Executive” is the name of her new brand, set to be powered by the Eview Group.
Working out of Victoria’s Wonthaggi, Ms Hanssen will be servicing the immediate and surrounding suburbs that are situated in and across the Bass Coast.
Explaining her path to the new proposition, the real estate agent explained that “as someone who fell in love with the Bass Coast as a child, a sandy lifestyle was something I always envisaged for my family”.
Now, with her intricate understanding of the Bass Coast, and what she considers an “insatiable appetite” for helping clients connect to their future property dreams, she’s expressed her excitement at unveiling her new brand to the community.
“As an agent in 2021, there’s nothing more important than providing transparency, while authentically connecting, building a trustworthy relationship,” she highlighted.
“At the time of selling, generally people are going through a massive change in their life, a re-evaluation, or major transition or shift, and I believe it’s my job to provide more care during this time.”
Weighing in on Ms Hanssen’s alignment with the network, Eview Group CEO Manos Findikakis said they “are so excited for Kate”.

Acknowledging extensive numbers of families and individuals who are seeking to change up their lifestyle as a result of COVID-19, Mr Findikakis said it was thrilling to be able to bolster their existing Bass Coast operations and network capabilities, as provided by Leanne Poulton Real Estate Executive, who currently operates out of Franskton.
