A business consultant has returned to his real estate roots, boosting the capacity of a Canada Bay agency.

RE/MAX KRG has revealed the addition of Dean Kalos to the team.

According to a statement from the network, the onboarding of Mr Kalos comes as the Canada Bay, Concord and Cabarita markets pick up pace in 2021.

The four-decade industry veteran is no stranger to the region, having been a high-performing agent, business owner, multi-office operator and 600-plus property portfolio manager in the area before undertaking a decade-long stint as a consultant across real estate sales and business.

Commenting on Mr Kalos’ onboarding, RE/MAX KRG director Matt Roffe said: “Dean’s heart is in the Canada Bay real estate market, and his knowledge of it is second to none.

“We are proud and delighted to welcome him to our team.”

He acknowledged the agent’s “extensive network of clients who give testimony to his uncompromising integrity” and praised his ability to achieve great outcomes for sellers and buyers alike.

“He brings a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity and surpassing expectations built over many years, and it is exciting to offer RE/MAX KRG clients and customers his standout experience and service,” Mr Roffe said.

Mr Kalos said he was drawn to RE/MAX KRG by its reputation and reach through the broader Canada Bay market and the opportunities presented by a global organisation affiliation.

“Connecting with RE/MAX is a significant benefit to my clients because it gives the most powerful and efficient reach with more than 134,000 sales associates in more than 110 countries,” Mr Kalos said.
