In what has been dubbed an important and strategic expansion for the Sydney-based network, Di Jones has opened three new offices on the New South Wales Central Coast.

Terrigal, Avoca and Erina are now home to the new Di Jones agencies, thanks to Brett and Garth Hunter’s alignment with the network.

Together, the three offices will be known as Di Jones Central Coast, and are considered an important strategic expansion for the Di Jones footprint, according to CEO Dean Mackie, who said the group’s data migration patterns “have been indicating a significant amount of our existing client base have been on the move”.

“The Central Coast has become an emerging property hotspot for Sydneysiders looking for a lifestyle change,” he added.

“By bringing the Di Jones difference to the Central Coast region, local home owners will be well positioned to leverage an ever-growing strategic footprint and buyer database across Sydney and the Southern Highlands.”

The CEO considered that the network is “extremely fortunate to be working with well-known local property professionals in Brett and Garth Hunter”, who will be taking on roles of regional leadership business managers with the Di Jones brand.

Calling them market leaders in their own right, Mr Mackie said “the Hunter family are well known on the Central Coast for their innovative approach to real estate, having evolved a family generational business over the last seven decades”.

According to Brett Hunter, both himself and Garth are excited to be joining forces with Di Jones.

He commented: “This was a strategic business growth decision for us taking into consideration the future needs of our clients, business and people.

“While we are closely aligned with our collective business direction and vision, we felt at home with our shared family values and culture.”
