A new agency is now servicing Queensland’s Kallangur, realising a career-long dream of its owner.

Local real estate specialist David Bruce will be taking on the leadership role in the Ray White network’s newest office: Ray White Kallangur.

According to Mr Bruce, moving into business ownership was the fruit of the 10 years that he spent building up his market share and reputation in the area.

“I have always wanted to open my own real estate business, so this is a real dream come true,” Mr Bruce said.

“This area that I grew up in is incredibly special to me; before real estate, I worked at the local tavern, and many of the people I’ve grown up with in the community are valued clients today.”

But the decision to go with Ray White wasn’t one made lightly — and came after much deliberation — and a stint for Mr Bruce at Ray White Redcliffe.

Within 30 kilometres of Brisbane, Kallangur is opposite North Lakes on the Bruce Highway.

The area’s affordability and schools make it a great choice for families, first home buyers and even downsizers, according to the business owner.

“There are over 300 houses sold in Kallangur annually, with a wide range of buyers — first home buyers, downsizers, young families who want to renovate, and investors,” Mr Bruce has highlighted.

The new business owner lives in nearby Mango Hill with his two children and his wife, Teresa Bruce, who joins him in the business as operations manager.

The new operations manager has expressed excitement at joining the Ray White team, stating: “We are really excited to embrace the technology that Ray White offers, and work with like-minded people with a genuine passion for real estate.

“Our goal for the first 12 months is to really focus on our sales business, and down the track move into the property management space and recruit more excellent professionals.”

Other members of the team include local real estate veteran Lee Doyle as sales manager, who boasts a 15-year experience in the area. His wife Deanne Doyle also joins the business.

“We are absolutely thrilled to have Lee and Dee as part of our new team, and we couldn’t have picked a better fit for helping us service the northside,” Mr Bruce said.
