After achieving 300 per cent team growth, Stone Real Estate Camden has opened a second office in Sydney’s south-west.
The growth of Stone Camden’s team from four to 14 since its launch in November 2018 was able to make way for the opening of Stone Real Estate Gregory Hills, which Stone has touted as the brand’s newest expansion bid within Sydney’s south-west.
Helming the new office is one of the area’s leading agents, Anthony Grima, it’s been revealed.
In his work to date, the agent has boasted a client base of 80 per cent return customers, alongside fast sales and record-breaking prices.
Last August, the $2.2 million sales price that he achieved for 42 Castlemaine Circuit set a new benchmark for the prestigious Harrington Park suburb, Stone outlined.
Moving forward, Mr Grima aims to leverage on Stone’s sales technology and team culture to achieve growth for the new office.
“It’s a fresh, young brand and that’s exactly what I want to align myself with,” the agent said.
