The team behind three Ray White offices in Sydney’s north-west has turned it into four, with the establishment of a new Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry shopfront.

Adding to his roster of offices in Windsor, Richmond and North Richmond, director Peter Chidgey now helms the newly opened Ray White Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry, located in Sydney’s north-west pocket along the Hawkesbury River.

According to Mr Chidgey, the move to their fourth location was a “natural progression for the team”, and a bid to expand their ability to service the “historic” location.

“This new location is the next step for us to completely service the north-west corridor, and I have such confidence and faith in the wonderful team around me to make this happen,” the director said.

Backed by 18 years of experience with Ray White, Mr Chidgey has expressed his confidence in Sydney’s north-west region marketplace, which he believes has a potential for significant growth over the coming years on the back of upcoming infrastructure projects, an anticipated population boom and a rise in tourism driven by watersports along the famous Hawkesbury River.

Having raised his own family in the region, he also highlighted the appeal of its 50-minute proximity to the Sydney CBD, which allows for a balance between city living and rural lifestyle.

“We have all the city conveniences here, but still maintain the leafy rural vibe which people love… [and] there is a real mixed bag of real estate in the region, from older established homes right up to multimillion-dollar lifestyle properties,” according to Mr Chidgey.

Sales manager and auctioneer Ziggy Parsonson, who hails from the Windsor office, will lead the team with Mr Chidgey.

Over the next 12 months, the Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry team aims to grow their reputation within the area by building a strong local database and recruiting more team members.

“Our agents on the ground really know this region to a tee; we have an abundance of experience and really understand the ins and outs of the real estate market here,” Mr Chidgey said.

“We are also all entrenched in the region; everyone who works among our four offices are across different boards, sports, schools and community groups in the area.”

Expressing his support for the newly minted Pitt Town | Wisemans Ferry team is Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch.

He said it was a natural progression for Mr Chidgey “to take the real estate market in this region even further”.

“We look forward to supporting Peter, Ziggy and the team at Pitt Town as they expand into this new venture,” the CEO said.
