The major network has onboarded the manager to its performance team for New South Wales and the ACT.

Natalie Mikhael has been named into the role, which will see her partnering with the network’s state director of NSW & ACT, Rhonda Olsson, as well as fellow business growth managers to “continue to support offices, their teams and expand the iconic brand in local markets”, according to a statement.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience under her belt, Ms Mikhael’s most recent role at Harcourts saw her managing NSW operations and business development.

According to the new business growth manager, it was clear leadership, the corporate team, and an “innovative market offering” that attracted her to the major network.

She said: “LJ Hooker has always been an impressive brand, but it wasn’t until I met with the team that I truly understood the depth of their innovative systems, market-leading resources and high-level support and training.”

Ms Mikhael added that she was “especially impressed with the brand’s versatility and flexible options”.

“This is an exciting prospect to me, as it means I get to work closely with offices to customise what they need to be successful in their market — it’s not a one-size-fits-all,” she said.

“When people sign up to a brand, they are committing their business to us; and so, in turn, I believe a brand should commit to helping them and their teams to thrive, which is the fundamental mindset at LJ Hooker and something that resonates greatly with me.”

According to Ms Olsson, Ms Mikhael is “the right fit for LJ Hooker”, and has cited her determined attitude, coupled with her expertise and thorough understanding of what offices need to be successful, as reasons why.

“Having the right corporate support team in place to foster and develop relationships with our offices is vital in helping them to achieve their growth targets and thrive in a highly competitive environment, which is our clear focus,” she commented.

The state director indicated that LJ Hooker has “been stealthily forming a solid team of best-in-breed talent to deliver value to our offices and will continue to create the largest and most experienced corporate team we’ve had servicing the state and territory”.

“Appointing Natalie is testament to this, as we are committed to propelling our network forward by ensuring they have the resources, knowledge and support to reach and connect with consumers and future-proof their businesses,” Ms Olsson concluded.
