Successful outfit opens second Sydney office

The new agency space is all set to service suburbs including Zetland, Waterloo, Alexandria, Rosebery and surrounds, with the aim of becoming one of the top inner Sydney agencies within the next two years, according to selling principal and licensee-in-charge Evan Kuixiao Wei.

Mr Wei said: “I am confident that our professionalism and genuine care for the prosperity of our clients will enable us to achieve this in no time.”

According to the principal, it’s that employee professionalism and loyal clientele leading to client satisfaction that will drive the business’s growth in the Zetland area — after its successful implementation in the Lane Cove agency.

The business has revealed plans to recruit a strong team across both sales and property management, reporting that it will enable the building of a large pool of loyal clients, with Mr Wei explaining that through constant market monitoring, the team is able to make recommendations based on market trends and a client’s circumstances.

Helming the office alongside Mr Wei is director Jimmy Luo, who has a Master of Property Investment and Development under his belt.

Mr Luo “takes pride in providing clients with total transparency in the selling/leasing process, where every stage of marketing and negotiation is supported by his professional and tailored advice”, according to Century 21.
