An independent agency on Hobart’s eastern shore has merged with PRD’s existing presence in Tasmania to become the network’s fourth office in the state.
PMM Real Estate of Rosny Park joins the Montrose, New Norfolk and Hobart offices run by directors Natalie Gray and Rychelle Kay.
Ms Gray said the new team had been a welcome addition to their existing operation and that they were excited to learn from each other and leverage PMM’s established relationships and connections within their community to continue to grow the business.
The Rosny Park office adds an important location for the outfit, which was looking to cement a presence across the Derwent River.
“Tasmania’s Eastern Shore is a vibrant and dynamic market, and we are extremely grateful to now have a prominent position in the heart of that community directly opposite the largest shopping centre in the state”, Ms Gray said.
She added that though expansion is in their sights, she and Ms Kay remain committed to fostering a close relationship with all their team members.
“We strive to offer our clients the very best service available and to be dynamic in our marketing and community initiatives, and as we continue to grow, we will maintain the tight-knit family team culture we have created at PRD.”
It brings the PRD operation team count above 50, with members spread across all four offices in the Tasmanian capital.
