To be at the forefront of a forecasted increase in demand for lifestyle properties, the network further strengthened its foothold in Brisbane’s coastal areas with the launch of a new outfit in the city of Redland.
Led by principals Andrew South and Levi van Dijk, who have a combined 45 years of experience in the industry and have made the brand switch after 15 years with Ray White, First National Real Estate by The Bay has recently opened its doors in Birkland.
With a clear mission for the new office in mind, Mr South and Mr van Dijk expressed their goal of “setting new standards and delivering marketing technologies that will ‘shake up the traditional real estate playbook’ locally.”
“First National Real Estate has a strong network of offices in Brisbane, and Levi and I have always been impressed by the way its members work together in the best interests of their customers,” Mr South said.
According to the agency, the market expansion into the coastal locality is in line with the changes in buyer behaviours in the post-pandemic era, highlighting that many property purchasers are “rethinking their lives and asking themselves if they are in the right job, the right relationship, the right city, or the right housing.”
“Our region is favourably positioned to meet the needs of these different customers, but we need new ways of reaching them to assure that our clients’ properties receive the maximum exposure,” Mr South stated.
He cited the network’s data-driven marketing strategies, which are exclusive to its agents, can help them deliver the “competitive advantages” they are looking for.
“We want to offer home owners and landlords innovative ways of targeting audiences with active intent, reducing costs and days on market for our clients while being more client-centric in the process,” he concluded.
The Birkland location expands First National Real Estate’s presence in Brisbane, having established offices in the Queensland capital, including in Birkdale, Cleveland, Wellington Point, Manly, Rochedale South, Coorparoo, Beenleigh, Tarragindi, Nundah, West End, Augustine Heights, Paradise Point, Ipswich, Burpengary, Caboolture and Bongaree.
