Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has revealed a huge expansion of its Queensland operations.

It’s set to service 10 “previously untapped” areas, courtesy of 14 new agents coming on board.

Remarking on the brand’s growth, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Century 21 CEO of real estate James Bell said: “Our journey into these thriving Queensland communities signifies our unwavering commitment.”

He continued: “It’s not just about expanding our reach; it’s about delivering an even ‘better’ real estate experience to a broader audience.”

So, who are Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s newest recruits?

In Toowoomba, David Johnson and Richard Cocozza have joined the group, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience with them.

In Cairns, Michael Oxford and Dean Gray are at the helm. Mr Oxford specialises in residential house and land sales, honed over 12 years in sales, while Mr Gray has been in the business of selling homes since 2002.

Down on the Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs will see Andy Leonti represent the brand. As a local resident since 2008, he brings a community-minded approach to the property industry.

Also on the Sunshine Coast, but across in Mount Coolum, Paul Harley is at the reins and reportedly ready to offer a seamless real estate experience.

In the state capital of Brisbane, Tracy Kennedy and the “bulldog work ethic” she is known for will bolster Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate’s presence across the suburb of Tarragindi and brings with her sales associate Dina Savva.

Another Brisbane recruit is Steve Howard, who services the suburb of Chermside and surrounds. Having lived in Brisbane for more than two decades, Mr Howard made a career move into real estate back in 2018.

Down south in Springwood, Sarah Yaxley is another strong recruit for the brand, touting more than 25 years of administration experience, which a statement from the business said is reflected in her organisational skills and attention to detail throughout the real estate process.

The Gold Coast’s Carrara will be home to the services of 25-year resident John Celis, who combines local knowledge with a passion for helping people.

And last but not least, Carolyn Phillips will now represent the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand in Kenmore, bringing with her more than 40 years of experience across real estate.
