PRD has added two new offices in the final month of 2023, bolstering the national brand’s presence in NSW and Queensland.

According to PRD managing director Todd Hadley, the personnel at PRD Orange and PRD Northern Beaches encompass “two driven and passionate teams”.

That these two businesses have decided to rebrand with the network, he said, is “testament to the value that the PRD network has to offer”.

Scott Munro, principal of PRD Orange, explained his motivation for joining the brand.

“PRD is an energetic company with a vibrant ethos and that’s what we want,” Mr Munro remarked.

The agent, whose wife, Victoria Munro, also works in the business as a sales agent and property manager, specialises in both residential and commercial property, using his passion for farming to help clients looking to buy or sell agricultural property.

While he commented that the service offering will remain unchanged, Mr Munro said under PRD he feels the business will have a larger reach, while part of “a vibrant, innovative company with a great understanding of rural communities”.

Orange is a community that PRD Northern Beaches co-principal Hayden Potts knows well, having lived in the area during his childhood. Moving to Queensland 16 years ago, he became involved in property after realising a passion for the industry following some personal transactions.

The office services the Mackay suburbs of Bucasia, Eimeo, Dolphin Heads, Blacks Beach, Nindaroo, Slade Point, Richmond and Andergrove.

Co-principal Melinda Bowman is a long-time local, having grown up on a sugar cane farm in the area. Not only is Melinda a licensed real estate agent, but she is also an accredited mortgage broker and holds a certificate IV in finance and mortgage broking, a diploma in finance and mortgage broking, and an Australian credit licence while also being a commissioner of declarations.

Mr Potts described the decision to brand with PRD as an “easy choice” given the support the network has lent.

Congratulating the offices on their openings earlier in the month, Mr Hadley said: “We are thrilled to welcome the Orange and Northern Beaches teams into the PRD network and are excited to work alongside them and help both offices flourish”.
