The brand now boasts 11 offices in the region, after opening a new location in Bateau Bay.

Stone Bateau Bay is the fifth office for Abdullah Choudhari’s team, with the operation headquartered in Tumbi Umbi. Other offices in Choudhari’s group include outposts in Lisarow, Berkeley Vale and Wyong.

In inaugurating the new office, Choudhari called it a “significant chapter” in the growth of the business, hinting that the outfit has even greater expansion plans.

“This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our team and the enduring support of our clients. Our sincere thanks go to the MMJ team and our clients, whose trust has enabled us to expand our horizons and embrace this exciting new venture,” Choudhari said.

Luke Cameron, Stone’s head of franchise, called Choudhari’s expansion since joining the brand “remarkable”.

“Seeing the growth Abdullah has achieved since joining Stone is truly inspiring,” Cameron said.

“The opening of the Bateau Bay office is a clear indication of our expanding influence on the Central Coast, as we now have 11 offices servicing the Central Coast community. I am incredibly excited for what the future holds for Stone on the Central Coast,” he added.

The network called the move to widen its presence on the Central Coast a “strategic decision” driven by its dedication to the area’s property market.

“The Stone Bateau Bay office is a milestone in Stone Real Estate’s expansion strategy, reflecting the brand’s ambition to meet the diverse needs of its clients and to solidify its position as a leader in the real estate industry. This addition to the Stone network reinforces the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation in serving the Central Coast community,” the network said in a statement.

It comes on the heels of another recent expansion for a Stone Real Estate team, with Ray Fadel and Gerry Filas of Stone Sans Souci growing into South Hurstville.
