Victoria’s number one real estate network has opened a new office in Keilor East, headed by experienced directors Bill Karp and Frank Bernardelle.

The Barry Plant Group now claims more than 10 per cent share of the Victorian market, with more than 80 offices across the state.

Bill Karp and Frank Bernardelle, who will head up the new Keilor East office, have been in real estate together for over 30 years and are currently directors of the nearby Barry Plant offices in Niddrie and Essendon.

Keilor East will be their third office in the City of Moonee Valley.

Mr Karp said he is excited to be bringing focused services to an area in which Barry Plant already has significant market presence.

“We can deliver so much more to sellers and landlords because of the size of the Barry Plant network, and we are passionate about bringing expert real estate advice to the local community,” he said.

“My team members don’t hesitate to go the extra mile when it comes to our customers, and we place a high importance on our ethics and professionalism."

Mr Karp said the culture and message of The Barry Plant Group is “second to none”.

“It really is a red carpet experience for our clients in this community. We never forget that our success is due to the return business and kind referrals of the people we provide real estate services for,” he said.

The Barry Plant Group is expanding throughout Victoria and South Australia and has opened five new offices in the past three months.

Barry Plant CEO Mike McCarthy said the network prides itself on providing high quality expertise in every one of its offices.

“We are eager to bring our unrivalled reputation to new locations,” he said.

The new Barry Plant office is located at 40 Amis Crescent, Keilor East.
