A major real estate network is giving Australians interested in buying or selling property the chance to win a new $400,000 Sunshine Coast apartment.
The offer by Century 21 also includes a $20,000 cash prize if the competition winner was referred by a friend.
“There are thousands of Australians looking to transact property at the moment and we thought this competition may give them an added incentive to explore their options with one of our agents,” Century 21 Australasia chairman Charles Tarbey said.
“It takes less than a minute to register and the upside could be winning a great home, holiday unit or even investment property.”
Mr Tarbey said the promotional giveaway enables the real estate group to reward a repeat or loyal customer while keeping Century 21 in people’s minds when they think about property.
The brand new two-bedroom apartment is part of the Ocean Verge project in the coastal community of Caloundra and is valued at more than $400,000. The development is expected to be completed in June 2017.
The unit is located within walking distance of the city centre and surrounding beaches, including one of Caloundra’s premier surf locations, Kings Beach.
“If a property transaction has long been on your mind, there is now an extra reason to investigate it further,” Mr Tarbey said.

The competition will close on 31 March 2017 and the winner will be announced on 28 April 2017.
Until the draw closes, anyone who buys or sells property through Century 21 will automatically be entered without the need to register.

Alternatively, you can also enter the draw by attending a Century 21 open home across the country.
