A successful year and focus on growth has seen a network land a spot in the 2016 BRW Fast 100 list.
One Agency, with 46.9 per cent growth, took 82th spot on the list which celebrates the 100 fastest growing businesses in Australia.
“This is a direct reflection of the strong foundation of the brand, simplicity of operation, outstanding marketing collateral and above all, a business model that is unmatched in leaving more gross income in the hands of the business owner,” One Agency’s head of Australasian membership John Stewart said.
The agency has reported increasing numbers of franchise offices and leading agents coming on board from other top networks, and it expects this to continue in 2017.
“The trend is still gathering pace ... with many newcomers commenting on a desire to manage their own destiny and, if indeed, as pundits suggest, their market is going to slow in the coming year, they will need to seek a larger share of sale income,” Mr Stewart said.
“As founder and CEO, Paul Davies regularly reminds us, the better the weekly, monthly and annual results our members enjoy, when coupled with simplicity of operation, will inevitably result in a sustainable, stable network. What that means for us at a corporate level is that we can focus our energies on developing even more outstanding tools and marketing material, along with welcoming more new members.”
One Agency is not the only property sector business on the list. Thirdi Property, a property development and investment firm, took out the 5th spot with 213.2 per cent growth and Sell Lease Property came in at 8th with 188.7 per cent growth.
