A longstanding member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales has been recognised with the Medal of the Order of Australia in the General Division.

Tim Anderson, a Life Fellow of REINSW, has held several positions on REINSW committees over the years and currently sits on the Property Management Chapter Committee, having also served as chair.

“With more than 50 years’ experience, Tim is an authority on property management and NCAT matters,” he said.

Mr Anderson was awarded the REINSW Woodrow Weight Award in 1999 for outstanding real estate agency practice.

He has been a Life Fellow since 2008 and a REINSW board member from 1994-2000. He also provides professional guidance and advice through the REINSW Helpline.

OAM is the fifth tier in the Order of Australia and is awarded for outstanding achievement and service worthy of particular recognition.
