One of Australia’s most recognised real estate brands has opened a new office to cover Sydney’s lucrative northern beaches market.

Raine & Horne recruited leading north shore agent Ben Spackman to launch its Mona Vale office as it continues its aggressive expansion in Sydney.

The move complements Raine & Horne’s recent opening of offices in Riverwood, Botany and Kensington/Kingsford.

Mr Spackman will lead the sales team, while Katie Spackman – who has 13 years’ experience in real estate –will head the property management business.

Executive chairman of Raine & Horne Angus Raine welcomed Mr Spackman’s “unique mix” of technology, customer service and real estate expertise.

“It’s often said that culture eats strategy for breakfast, and it’s clear that we are an attractive proposition for many in our industry,” Mr Raine said.

Meanwhile, Mr Spackman said his decision to join Raine & Horne was prompted in part by his relationship with Raine & Horne Dee Why/Collaroys principals Lachlan Yeates and Peter Mosedale.

“Raine & Horne Dee Why/Collaroy is one of the leading brands on the northern beaches and it is number two nationally within the group,” he said.

“Lachlan is a great guy and he has welcomed me to the brand with open arms. He reiterated that Raine & Horne will look after me and will consistently provide the back-end training, technology, marketing and recruiting support that I need to make a success of my own business.

“Lachlan’s reassurances helped the whole process along.”
