Following the recent acquisition of Run Property by Little Residential, both businesses have been merged under the new brand name of LITTLE Real Estate.
LITTLE Real Estate chief executive Phil Meggs said the RUN Property head office has been combined with the current Little Residential head office in Hawthorn.
“Our focus is to deliver the full real estate solution from sales, leasing and management, but also to look at new and innovative ways to really lift client service … our aim is to build those lifetime relationships with all of our clients, whether they are renting for the first time or buying their first home,” he told Residential Property Manager.
“Our aim is to really train our staff to be more than just property managers, to be able to provide advice and support to people and to be proactive when managing someone’s property."
Mr Meggs said sometimes you see people in the industry who just get through the day doing the basics, and LITTLE real estate will take it that step further.
“If we know someone has had two repairs on a hot water system in the last 18 months, there is a high chance it is going to need replacing soon. So instead of waiting for that to happen, we will train our staff to be thinking about that and taking the next step, giving [the client] solutions and answers and not just highlighting problems,” he said.
“Along with our name change we’re introducing a fresh, new, circular logo to reflect our holistic range of services and our desire to build lifetime relationships by providing professional and honest real estate services that deliver better results for the client.”
