A new online client system will give Harcourts’ landlords the chance to access information about their rental properties, anywhere, anytime.

The portal will be a one-stop-shop for landlords, housing all documents, information, data and progress reports in relation to their rental properties.

Chief information officer Jason Wills said landlords expressed their desire for instant information about their transactions in a recent client survey.

“We appreciated that our clients wanted to hear about their property’s progress on the go and that it’s not always convenient for clients to meet face-to-face,” Mr Wills said.

Unique logins for each property give landlords the freedom to view each property’s information separately.

The portal can be used to set up alerts before important events such as inspection dates or meetings with the property manager.

Landlords will also receive a notification each time their property manager uploads new information or documents.

The portal will also include a landlord’s marketing plan and information about how their property is performing.
