Friday Funnies: Clever property ad pays homage to Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

Listing agent Ben Bacal said the video cost between $US25,000 and $US50,000 to produce and is symbolic of how people can live like a kid in this luxurious estate.

Bacal has a background in film and started using short videos to help his listings stand out within a crowded market.

The video (see below) highlights the stunning features of the 1300 square metre modernist mansion, which has Clint Eastwood and Jennifer Aniston as neighbours according to Realtor.com.
