One of Australia’s leading networks has opened another office in a key location on the Sunshine Coast as it continues to cement its strong national brand.

Century 21’s focus remains on brand building and office openings, with C21 Conolly Hay Group announcing the opening of its new office in Tewantin, Queensland.

Led by directors David Conolly and Mike Hay, the Tewantin office is their fourth new office in six years, complementing the locations in Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach.

David Conolly and Mike Hay have both earned Centurion status for placing among the top 2 per cent of Century 21 agents worldwide. This achievement is a strong testament to their 30 years of combined real estate experience.

Mr Hay said that the new office is a strategic win for the business. “Staying ahead of the game is our priority, and by growing our business in key locations on the Sunshine Coast, we hope to make it as convenient as possible for people to get in touch and get to know us.

“We want the greatest successes for our clients and believe it is essential to be close to the local community to achieve this. Whether it’s helping find the best schools for their kids, giving tips to spend time on and around the coast, or being there for anyone who needs us after a sale is complete.”

Mr Hay also said that the burgeoning local residential and holiday rental market is “attracting attention” because of recent value growth and planned infrastructure benefits.

Mr Conolly said that the support provided by the Century 21 head office has been invaluable in driving their rapid business growth.

Mr Conolly said: “The incomparable reach of the global brand and network has allowed us to develop a strong market presence as well as giv[e] us the opportunity to work with agents from all over Australia and the world to exchange knowledge and ideas.

“We are proud to be part of a network with such strong future vision and commitment to innovation, and feel these values strongly align with our own aspirations to consistently grow and improve.”

C21 Connolly Hay Group Tewantin will be celebrating the launch with a charity auction in support of Diabetes Australia.
