A boutique Sydney agency has opened a second office in a lucrative market to better position itself to take advantage of the area.

After opening only three years ago, Biller Property has opened a second office in Potts Point after finding success in nearby Double Bay.

Biller Property’s principal, Paul Biller, said that it has gone from strength to strength in that time since opening the doors three years ago.

“Biller Property has grown rapidly from just myself to more than a dozen staff selling some of Sydney’s most prestigious properties,” Mr Biller said.

Mr Biller said that Potts Point was an attractive marketplace with plenty to offer and would suit the business.

“It’s high density with fantastic properties and we feel that it is a market where we can add value and have success,” the principal said.

The company has already been dealing in the area, so it seemed an obvious choice to open an office there.

“We have already had success selling and managing properties in and around Potts Point and we are passionate about the area and the market,” Mr Biller said.

The new office will be overseen by Mr Biller and his partner at Potts Point, Mitch David.

“We also have a senior property manager, a sales agent and a BDM operating out of the branch,” the principal said.

Mr Biller said that he hopes for the new Potts Point office to have similar success to the first office.

“We would like to create a strong business selling and managing properties in the area and surrounding areas,” Mr Biller said.

The expansion will allow Mr Biller to fulfil his goal of growing the agency to become known across Sydney as a luxury property agency.

“The goal is for Biller to become a recognised brand with multiple branches across Sydney as a luxury property agency achieving exceptional results and exceeding expectations for our clients,” the principal said.
