The Ray White Group has once again won the 2018 Real Estate Business Awards’ accolade for Major Network of the Year, marking three years at the top.
The award was accepted by Ray White director Dan White, who said that he was incredibly humbled to win the recognition.
“I would like to acknowledge and thank our 10,000-plus members made up of family businesses throughout the length and breadth of the country who, without their ambition and commitment, this award would not have been possible,” the director said.
Mr White said that the award was an acknowledgment of the group’s strength and they are only planning on getting stronger.
“There is so much more potential in our company. We still haven’t achieved all that we possibly can. I think our best thing is restlessness,” Mr White said.
Mr White, when accepting the award, told the audience that Ray White was made up of talented people and that was how they could keep growing as they were.
“We have a targeted approach to growth. We aim to always attract the best talent and support our businesses through recruitment and in the retention of the right talent both culturally and performance-wise,” the director said.
Mr White thanked all of his members who strove to build up Ray White, whether they were in sales or working behind the scenes.
“With deepest thanks to our corporate teams who work tirelessly to provide industry-leading training programs in technology, digital, sales and marketing support for our network.”
There were two individuals from Ray White that also took home awards.
Ray White Dalkeith – Claremont principal Vivien Yap won Sales Agent of the Year – Metropolitan and Loan Market Double Bay broker Daniel Pym won Residential Mortgage Broker of the Year.
