Coronis Springwood’s sales team has been bolstered by the addition of a sought-after local agent.

Rowena Gill has joined the Coronis network.

Coronis area leader Anthony Hunt said that he was delighted that Ms Gill had joined the team.

He said that she was a welcome addition.

“Rowena is one of the most respected and popular agents in Kingston and Logan, having spent most of her life living in the area and helping countless buyers and sellers over the past nine years,” Mr Hunt said.

“She’s the number one agent on RateMyAgent for Kingston with 30-plus sales in the past 12 months and was nominated in the top 15 per cent of agents in the country at her previous agency, so we’re very happy she chose to join us.

“I know she has enjoyed a friendly rivalry with our Springwood agency leader, Shona McKenzie, over the past couple of years, often battling it out for the number one agent title, so I think, together, they will form a dynamic duo and build a stronghold in the local market.”

Ms Gill said that several factors attracted her to Coronis, but first and foremost, it was because of its family values and team culture.

“Shona and I have known each other for a long time, often seeing each other at client appraisals, and I was always impressed by the number of properties she listed and sold and the support she had from her in-house team,” Ms Gill said.

“I had spoken to a lot of people about Coronis and how they operated, and I really wanted to be a part of it. Real estate is all about the relationships you have with your clients and how you look after them, and I think Coronis’ end-to-end service and commitment to customer service will make life a lot easier for many of my clients.”

Ms Gill said that she lives and breathes Logan City.

“I love it and I believe the area has a lot of potential, especially with first home buyers as it’s still a very affordable option for young families,” the agent said.
