Global CRM provider makes Agentbox founder the new APAC boss

Global property CRM provider Reapit has appointed the co-founder of Agentbox in Australia to the position of managing director of its Asia-Pacific business to manage its sales and operations in the APAC region.

Eddie Cetin is now the APAC managing director of Reapit Group. 

Reapit CEO Gary Barker said that Mr Cetin’s appointment will accelerate growth in the region, delivering excellence and growth to clients.

He said that the appointment brings significant benefits to the group.

“We’re delighted to announce Eddie Cetin’s new role as we further integrate Agentbox into the Reapit Group,” Mr Barker said.

“He is an industry visionary with a track record of delivering excellence to clients, and the best person to lead our Australian business into the next phase of growth. We are very excited to continue to develop, innovate and transform our clients’ businesses in the region across both sales and property management as the Reapit Group continues to invest in delivering the best platform and service to our existing and new customers.”

Mr Barker said that the Reapit Group’s acquisition of Agentbox in 2018 allowed the two companies to offer real estate agents the first integrated platform of its kind.

“Since the integration, the Reapit Group’s client list has expanded significantly, alongside new opportunities for investment in technology and business services for both clients.

“The platform integration road map is aimed at offering clients the ability to create reliable prospect databases. The first stage of product integration has already offered the best global practices to clients in Australia for both sales and property management CRM solutions.”

Mr Cetin said that there is much work to be done.

“I believe that the property industry is in the midst of a digital transformation and that this region is at the absolute epicentre,” he said. 

“Backed by technology like Agentbox and Reapit, industry visionaries, like our customers, are driving the whole market towards the next technological revolution. With this comes new opportunities for us to invest in building out our technology and business services for our clients.
