Kiritsis boomerangs back to Ray White

Jonathon Kiritsis has returned to Ray White, taking on the role of sales consultant and auctioneer.

Having commenced his career at Ray White Mile End in 2007, Mr Kiritsis grew into a leadership role within the business before his career changed direction in 2015.

In his more than eight-year tenure with Ray White Mile End, Mr Kiritsis worked his way up to the role of sales manager and auctioneer.

Between March 2015 and November 2017, he became the director and auctioneer of Harcourts Kiritsis Property, then went on to become the sales consultant and auctioneer at Harcourts Brock Estates and sales partner and auctioneer at Harcourts Williams.

Four years later, he is back at one of Australia’s leading real estate groups.

“Ray White as a company is based on family values, and that’s one of the main things that drew me back to the brand,” he said.

“Technology was another drawcard. To have one system where you can access everything, from your calendar to the full marketing suite, creates a more streamlined and efficient way to carry out my business.”

Born into a real estate family, Mr Kiritsis grew up learning about real estate business.

“I’ve been around real estate all my life and it’s a passion that hasn’t dwindled in the 12 years I’ve been in the business. I see having that in-depth knowledge from a young age as a real advantage, and it allows me to provide the ultimate real estate experience for my clients,” he said.

For Mr Kiritsis, selling high-end properties was “always nice”, but repeat clientele is what he really strived for.

“It’s a great feeling when you get to sell properties for a third or fourth time for a client because that shows the faith vendors have in you,” he said.

“Customer service and delivering results for clients is everything in this profession, and when you’re getting referrals from previous vendors, you know you’re doing the right thing.”

His goal now is to build on his sales volume and help grow the business. But he said that can only be done by offering the best customer service and a stress-free and seamless process.

Ray White South Australia/Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom welcomed the experienced agent back to the group.
